Our Simple Process
The first step is a free, no-pressure, 25-45 minute consultation with our expert designers. Our consultant will get a feel for your vision, priorities, and the necessary dimensions, then provide you with an estimate.
STEP 1
Free Consultation
Then you will meet with your design consultant in our beautiful showroom to see full scale displays, custom palate(s), and a computer model of your proposed kitchen design. We’ll work up a price quote based on your product selections and finalize the scope of the project with a simple contract. One stop and you're done!
STEP 2
Design
Once you give us the go-ahead, our team will do a full re-measure of your home and finalize the scope and product selections. Then we order all the custom materials we’ll need for the job and set the schedule for installation.
STEP 4
Finalize
The big day is finally here! Our skilled in-house craftsmen show up to start your installation. We pride ourselves in being on-time, on-task, polite, and diligent as well as clean.
STEP 5
Installation
As we are finishing the installation, we do a walkthrough with you to ensure that we have met or exceeded your expectations and to explain how new elements work. We also give you care and cleaning suggestions. Then, we ask you to take a quick survey so we know how we did – and what we can improve – and to share your experience with others.
